The leather club chairs are great. Exactly what we hoped for (bought on line, so not seen). The online process was fine and straightforward, particularly given it was over Christmas/New Year. Delivery was within the two weeks. The only issue was delivery. Nothing too serious. The date they were due to be pickup was given with a promise that the delivery date would be confirmed when picked up. That didn't happen, no delivery date by either email or text. The next day (I didn't expect next day delivery) while in a meeting a message was left by the driver saying outside the house (my wife was at home but obviously didn't hear him!).and would wait 5 mins. Foulgers delivered next day with no issue once I called the office in the afternoon and made arrangements, so all okay. The chats were very well packaged. All in all we are very happy 😁.

I only couldn’t give 5 stars as the delivery was a few days longer than advertised, but that being said as soon as I contacted them, they kept me informed of my order and any other questions I had. I'm in love with my dresser. I wanted a smaller dresser to save some space. (I'm a minimalist) and this dresser is 10/10. I love the chestnut color, the smell of the wood and it's very sturdy. If you are curious to know the length and width of the inside of the drawers, the two top drawers are Length:10 inches/ Width 10 inches. The three main drawers are, Length: 10 inches and width 24 inches. If you fold your clothes using the Marie Kondo method, you will have more than enough space for your clothes. Lastly the customer service was 10/10, I would like to thank Virgil for his outstanding customer service and great communication. The shipping was fast to the United States.
