The leather club chairs are great. Exactly what we hoped for (bought on line, so not seen). The online process was fine and straightforward, particularly given it was over Christmas/New Year. Delivery was within the two weeks. The only issue was delivery. Nothing too serious. The date they were due to be pickup was given with a promise that the delivery date would be confirmed when picked up. That didn't happen, no delivery date by either email or text. The next day (I didn't expect next day delivery) while in a meeting a message was left by the driver saying outside the house (my wife was at home but obviously didn't hear him!).and would wait 5 mins. Foulgers delivered next day with no issue once I called the office in the afternoon and made arrangements, so all okay. The chats were very well packaged. All in all we are very happy 😁.

Only option is one star on this occasion. Following my order placed in later December, I was prepared to wait a month for delivery of the cabinet I ordered.
They were unable to deliver the item due to damage and no replacement was available. Full refund was received with thanks.

I had a really positive experience with Jackson’s. I only couldn’t give 5 stars as the delivery was a few days longer than advertised, but that being said as soon as I contacted them, they kept me informed of my order and any other questions I had. Their customer service is very good, Virgil answered everything very promptly and it felt like dealing with a family business rather than a multiple. I had to send one of the items back as it didn’t work in my space but the process was very seamless. Would definitely recommend!

I'm in love with my dresser. I wanted a smaller dresser to save some space. (I'm a minimalist) and this dresser is 10/10. I love the chestnut color, the smell of the wood and it's very sturdy. If you are curious to know the length and width of the inside of the drawers, the two top drawers are Length:10 inches/ Width 10 inches. The three main drawers are, Length: 10 inches and width 24 inches. If you fold your clothes using the Marie Kondo method, you will have more than enough space for your clothes. Lastly the customer service was 10/10, I would like to thank Virgil for his outstanding customer service and great communication. The shipping was fast to the United States. Unfortunately my order was delayed I agreed to wait until after Xmas period I was offered a refund . I waited and had to send a further 2 emails after nearly 2 maths of waiting they advised cldnt ship to Ni. I did receive a full refund but was very disappointed from the outset.
