We offer a standard 30-day refund policy for customers who are not satisfied with their purchase or have received an item that does not fit. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all assembly instructions, accessories, and instruction manuals. A proof of purchase must also be provided. For returns due to a change of mind, we do charge a delivery fee between £9.50 or £12.50, depending on the size and location of the product. This fee covers the cost of shipping the product back to our facility and is non-refundable.

To initiate your return, please email us at support@furniturebyjackson.co.uk or use the contact form and we will issue you a return authorization number and a return label.

• If you receive a damaged product, we will arrange for the return or provide a replacement product free of charge. We take great care in ensuring that our products are packaged and shipped securely to minimize the risk of damage during transit. However, if a product does arrive damaged, our team will assist you in arranging for a return or replacement, as well as answer any questions you may have about the process.

• Please note that our standard 30-day return policy does not apply to made-to-order products. Made-to-order products are created specifically for each customer, and as such, they cannot be returned or refunded for a change of mind. Once an order for a made-to-order product has been confirmed, it takes approximately 72 hours to process the order. After this time, the product is considered a final sale and is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in the case of damage or if the product received is not as described. In the event of a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our customer service us to initiate a return or replacement process.
